Workshop Series
Wed 13 Sept
14:00-15:30 BST
Businesses stand to gain across the board by incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion perspectives into their OSH policies and programmes. This is because health and wellbeing needs are not one size fits all, rather diversity within the workforce requires tailored support to ensure all workers are safe and happy.
This session will provide an introductory overview of why businesses will benefit from incorporating a DEI lens into their OSH agendas.
