Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Working Group

The DEI WG aims to discuss the challenges businesses are facing integrating DEI into their strategies and operations, and to explore how DEI can be a source of competitive advantage.

Participation in the DEI WG provides opportunities to hear from and interact with prominent experts in this field, such as the Government Equalities Office, the Institute for Human Rights and Business, and Activity Alliance. It is also a safe space where members can engage in frank conversations with their peers and speak openly about diversity, equity, and inclusion issues and how they are addressing them. The group meets quarterly to discuss themes related to DEI policies and practices such as measuring performance, recruitment, and inclusive communications.
