There are significant benefits for businesses incorporating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into their operations, including new business opportunities, increased attractivity for employees, customers, and investors, better employee retention, supply chain resilience, and reduced costs.
96% of business leaders agree that the private sector plays a crucial role in achieving the SDGs, and companies are increasing their efforts to contribute to sustainable development. To showcase existing measures and facilitate corporate action on Agenda 2030, the UN Global Compact Network UK is inviting all UK companies to participate in the largest European study on business sustainability.
Professionals from all backgrounds and sectors from companies of all sizes are welcome to participate, including self-employed, SMEs, and large companies.
This consultation presents a unique chance to position the UK as a leading force in sustainable development on the global stage, showcasing its potential as a business powerhouse. All participants will receive the final report, inspiring more ambitious corporate action to achieve the SDGs.
The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete, and all data will be anonymised.
For any questions about the study, please contact Lea Burkart, Governance and SDGs Programme Coordinator.
