The AGM is a statutory requirement for a charitable company limited by guarantee and a requirement of the UN Global Compact's Country Network Quality Standards. During this session, we will provide an update to members on the status of the Network and address some important governance matters. Please find more details at the bottom of this page.

Maximising Your Membership Value 

During this interactive session, we will present the results of our annual participant survey and seek further insights from UK Network members to ensure we continue delivering maximum value in 2026.

Information on the formal AGM

Part of the AGM was dedicated to addressing some important governance matters that required a vote from eligible members and their appointed representatives. Eligibility will depend on whether your organisation has requested to join the Global Compact Network UK charitable company limited by guarantee. This is different from the application to join the UN Global Compact initiative.
