Nature-based Solutions for Business: Freshwater and Ocean-based Solutions

The UN Global Compact Network UK is hosting a four-part webinar series to provide practical guidance on how companies can identify and implement viable nature-based solutions in line with their commercial and sustainability priorities.

This webinar will explore the concept of nature-based solutions (NbS) for businesses, focusing on freshwater and marine solutions. It will cover how businesses can implement and maintain a range of NbS including the restoration and conservation of marine habitats, wetlands, and freshwater ecosystems to advance their sustainability goals and help safeguard the quality and supply of water. Case studies will be highlighted to demonstrate how businesses have worked in partnership with other stakeholders across watersheds and marine-protected areas to unlock mutual value.
