Social Q&A Surgery: Menopause Policies in the Workplace
8 May, 13:00 – 14:00 BST

With approximately 51% of the workforce experiencing menopause and the estimation that up to 80% of menopausal women are working, organisations must create menopause-friendly workplaces that support their workforce effectively. In doing so, businesses can witness increased productivity and talent retention, as an estimated 10% of those experiencing menopause leave work, and 14% reduce their hours.

This session will help businesses understand why menopause policies are a crucial element in addressing gender inequality and inequity in the workplace and how to support those going through menopause to unlock the business benefits.
